Grundet nedbrud i en corerouter kl. 13.55, har der været begrænset fremkommelighed via den ene Netgroup peering.
Trafik via LambdaNet har været uberørt.
[DK] Licensproblemer på mail02 og mail03
I starten af ugen oplevede nogle af vores kunder at få en Zimbra licensadvarsel i Outlook. Problemet opstod fordi vi ikke kunne få alle mailserverne til at acceptere den nye licens. Problemet er nu løst.

Service restored and incoming calls are now answered.

web04 rebooted due to a serious problem
We’ve just restarted web04, due to a critical problem that led to a ASP.NET buffer crash. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
A possible reason for the crash:
An ASP.net buffer (mscorswn.exe) was flushing a large amount of data to
the system and it was using 100% data-power.
The system stalled and waited for the data to be flushed.
In the meantime It gathered all the lost data from the websites and
grew larger and larger.

I dag får vi opgraderet vores administrationssystem til vores DNS servere. Det betyder at du i øjeblikket ikke kan ændre i din DNS opsætning. Vi regner med at opgraderingen tager et par timer. Status siden vil blive opdateret når systemet igen er tilgængeligt. Vi beklager ulejligheden.
Opgraderingen betyder blandt andet en kæmpe hastighedsforøgelse, samt muligheden for at du som kunde selv kan oprette nye domæner.
status.fab-it.dk moved to new server
Today, status.fab-it.dk has moved to a new server outside our main datacenters.
Problems with the phone system
Earlier today, we had a problem with our phone system (Asterisk PBX). Customers were led to our voicemail instead of our queue system. The problem is fixed, and it is now possible to call us again.
Web05 and web06 rebooted due to a serious problem
We’ve just restarted web05 and web06, due to a critical problem that led to random Application Pool crashes. Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
